• Roster and attendance: shifts, availability, clock-in and clock-out records, leave and pay-rate information entered by your employer.
• Recipes and photos: dishes, ingredients, tableware details and images you add.
• Expense claims: amounts, categories, receipts and approval status.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and operate the Apps for you and your organisation, including support and keeping the service secure. We do not use it for advertising.

No selling

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Storage and security

Data is stored with a reputable cloud service provider that processes it on our behalf. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Some data may also be stored on your device.

Sharing

Information is visible to authorised members of your organisation (for example, managers) as needed for the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Apps are intended for workplace use and are not directed at children.
